We collect your mobile number, district, tags, free times and the tasks you take part in. We use them to match you with tasks and to keep the hours ledger. Charities see your name, tags and match for the tasks you apply to, and nothing else.

We only ask for two documents, a first aid certificate or a driving licence, and only from people who pick those tags. Staff see the file once to check it; after the check we keep the result, not the file.

Staff access follows role-based access control. Every time a staff member opens the audit log, account records or transactions, that access is recorded too.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account keeps the ledger rows, with your name removed, so balances stay correct.
